Aim: The ascertainment if the issuing of magnesium influences the levels of insulin in corpulent patients with disturbance of tolerance of glucose.
Material-method: 32 patients 18 men (23-42 years), 14 Women (25- 40 years)
with extensive obesity BMI medium price men 30.6 kg / m2
women 31,2 Kg / m2. It was given tabl aspartic magnesium 614 mg 1 x 2 in patients with prices of magnesium 1,6-2.0 mg / dl. (FT 1,8-2,6 mg / dl)
(Low or more inferior physiologic prices) for 2 months. (In prices of magnesium of term in more inferior physiologic are expected intracellular deficits).
It was estimated glucose of serrum, Hbaic and insulin of serrum before and afterwards treatment with magnesium.
Results: Medium price of glucose of serrum before 119 mg / dl after 117 mg / dl decrease 1,69%,Hbaic before 6,1% after 6,0% decrease 1,64%.
Insulin of serrum of not having eaten 46μu/ ml before 41μu /ml after deacrease 10,87%.
Conclusions: The issuing of magnesium in corpulent patients with prices of magnesium of serrum low - more inferior physiologic decreases the levels of insulin of not having eaten (it improves the resistance to insulin).
